Our History
Trading House SHIKO has been operating in the market since 1996 and is one of the largest operators of the Ukrainian market for children's clothing and footwear. Over almost 30 years, we have come a long way from a small company to a national distributor that provides Ukrainian children and their parents with quality functional clothing from leading world brands.

We strive to make quality, functional and safe children's clothing accessible to every family in Ukraine. Since 2006, we have been the exclusive distributor of the Finnish brand Reima — and since then we have consistently developed a portfolio of international brands, a network of our own stores and partner sales channels.

Dear partners and website visitors,
We started in the 90s — a time when no one knew what would happen tomorrow. I needed to feed my children, and that gave the simplest and most honest motivation in the world. I traded in absolutely everything — food, shoes, trucks. But even then I knew: every task has its solution.
In 1995 I founded Trading House SHIKO. We started with a small production — literally with one knitting machine. Then — imports, dozens of brands, crises of 2008 and 2014. Each taught more than it took away. They forced us to focus: abandon the unnecessary and bet on quality. That's how in 2006 we became the exclusive distributor of Reima in Ukraine.
I am a private person. I never abandoned partners, had no problems with banks, do not engage in politics. I just do business. And I believe in the principle that has lived in our company for over 30 years:
"There are no competitors — there are partners."
